高校全面推进创新创业教育的争论与反思

Argument and Reflection on Promoting Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in China's University

国家确立了到2020年建立健全高校创新创业教育体系、普及创新创业教育的总体目标,明确了"面向全体、分类施教、结合专业、强化实践"的基本原则。为了解决实践过程中对于总体目标和基本原则在理解和认识方面存在的问题,回应对于全面推进创新创业教育"是否可能"的质疑,切实坚定理论自觉和增强前进定力,本研究对于创新创业教育的概念、对象和哲学进行了"前提反思";对于创新创业教育是不是万能教育?有没有全面推进的必要?全面的创新创业教育思想与因材施教的教育理念间是否有矛盾冲突等问题进行了系统梳理和评述。同时站在全新的高度论述了当前全面推进创新创业教育的重要价值,认为创新创业教育是培养创新精神和实践能力,设定"创业遗传代码"的科学载体;是促进毕业生充分就业,实现"以创促就"的基础工程;是服务创新型国家建设,培养创新型人才的重要途径。

Our country set the overall goal of establishing and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system as well as popularizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education by 2020 and clarified the basic principles of ＂ face all the graduates, educate specifically, combine education with majors and strengthen practice＂. This study makes premise reflection on the concepts, objects and philosophy of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and systematically summarizes and makes comments on the questions of whether the innovation and entrepreneurship education is almighty, whether it is necessary to promote it in an all-round way as well as whether there are contradictions and conflicts between the concepts of all-round innovation and entrepreneurship education and individualized instruction. All of these are for the purpose of solving the problems existing in the understanding of the overall goal and basic principles in the process of practice, answering the question of whether the innovation and entrepreneurship education is practicable as well as strengthening purposefulness and determination. The study discusses the great practical significance of promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education nowadays. We believe that the innovation and entrepreneurship education is a scientific carrier of the cultivation of the spirit of innovation and practical abilities and setting of the pioneering genetic code, a foundation work of promoting graduates＂ full employment, fulfilling the goal of ＂promoting employment by entrepreneurship＂ as well as an important method of servicing the establishment of creative country and cultivating creative talents.
