摘要
H2O2漂白OCC纸浆主要是为了适度提高纸浆的白度、改善纸浆的色度,为后续生产添加染料提供基础。但是,在较高的温度下漂白OCC纸浆会加速H2O2与金属离子及其他杂质的作用,溶出木素和其它填充物、产生发色基团、引起H2O2的无效分解,影响漂白效果。研究发现:OCC纸浆在较低温度体系中进行H2O2漂白,反应的速率相对较低、漂白效果不明显,但是可以有效地阻止金属离子及高温的影响,降低纤维的损失;为了达到理想的漂白效果,提高漂白效率,通过在反应釜中引入惰性气体进行加压漂白处理,在较低温度体系下完全可以实现理想的漂白效果和改善色度的要求,并且明显的减少了H2O2的无效分解对漂白体系的影响。
