摘要
昆明小厂村项目由4栋127.7-129.8m高的超高层住宅组成,属于B级高度的剪力墙结构体系。介绍了该8度设防区超高层剪力墙结构体系抗震性能化设计的主要结果,特别介绍了采用弹塑性分析软件PERFORM-3D在"中震可修、大震不倒"二阶段抗震设计中的具体应用情况,并根据PERFORM-3D中震动力弹塑性分析与SATWE弹性中震分析的比较结果,针对8度区同类结构的中震分析提出了建议。
The project of Xiaochang Village in Kunming consists of 4 B-level height super high-rise residential shear wall structures with heights from 127.7m to 129.8m. The main performance-based seismic design results of the structures in region of 8-level seismic precautionary intensity were introduced, specially the application of the elastic-plastic analysis software PERFORM-3D in the two-stage seismic design of "repairable under the fortification earthquake and no collapsing under the rare earthquake". According to the comparison results of the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the fortification earthquake by software PERFORM-3D and the elastic analysis under the fortification earthquake by software SATWE, recommendations were proposed to provide reference for analysis of similar structures in region of 8-level seismic precautionary intensity under the fortification earthquake.
