摘要
酸浸是铝矿厂赤泥资源化的关键步骤,目的是回收赤泥中有用的Fe、Al、Ca、Ti等金属元素。以赤泥为原料,添加一定量助溶剂NaCl,采用8mol/L的硫酸酸浸,在液固比为15mL/g的条件下改变反应温度和反应时间得到酸浸动力学实验数据。对比常见的几种酸浸反应模型,得出铝矿厂赤泥中Fe离子和Al离子浸出动力学的研究符合收缩未反应芯模型(USCM)。实验数据分析结果表明:赤泥中Fe离子的酸浸符合化学反应扩散控制,反应活化能E0=46.98kJ/mol;Al离子的酸浸符合产物层扩散控制,反应的活化能E1=27.68kJ/mol。
Leaching is the most important step of red mud recycle technology. This step can recycle the valua- ble metal like iron ion, aluminum iron, calcium iron, titanium iron and other impure metal. Red mud was used to ob- tain the leaching kinetics at sulphuric acid concentration 8 tool/L, liquid to solid phase ratio 15 mL/g and different rea- ction time and temperature with an appropriate amount of NaC1 as a cosolvent. A modified unreacted shrinking core model(USCM) that based on the experimental date was used to determine the dissolution kinetic parameters. The model was significant and shows that the dissolution of iron ion in red mud was controlled by chemical reaction control dynamics, activation reaction energy E0 = 46. 98 kJ/mol, and the aluminum ion was controlled by the produce layer diffusion, activation reaction energy E1 =27.68 k|/mol.
