基于碰撞仿真的地铁车辆不锈钢点焊车体前端结构优化设计

摘要 应用碰撞仿真软件PAN-CRASH对地铁车辆不锈钢点焊头车车体进行大变形碰撞仿真,并通过研究车体端部吸能结构中压溃管的材料性能、管壁厚、变形及结构形状等几大因素对其吸能特性的影响。提出了压溃管的最终实际优化方案,为吸能部件的再生产和研发提供必要的理论依据。 The spot welding stainless steel vehicle is taken as a carrier to simulate the large deformation collision of subway train by using the software PAN-CRASH. The affection of en- ergy absorption characteristics for several major factorsare studied, such as material properties, wall thickness and structure shape of the crush tube.
