摘要
本文以陶瓷抛光废渣为研究对象,通过600~1200℃烧成温度处理废渣,分析试样体积、重量、晶相随温度的变化规律。研究结果表明,陶瓷抛光废渣在1000~1200℃时,物料相变成为热熔体,部分组分氧化分解,产生气体,气体加速热熔体相界面位移,形成多孔结构;气孔的生成阻碍晶体的生长,当热熔体冷却后,大量的晶体转化为非晶体。
The ceramic polishing waste fired at high temperature of 600-1200℃ was researched in this paper. Functions such as volume, weight and crystical phase changing by gradually increasing temperature were observed. The results showed that the polishing waste was melting at 1000-1200℃, some fraction congming from mill decomposed into gases ,which formed porous structure . Generation of holes hinder the growth of crystal grains, when the melt cools, most crystics transformed into amorphous solid.
