摘要
以箱体密封用合金为实验材料,将样品分为两组进行对比试验。一组在半固态时进行搅拌处理,另一组在其他工艺条件相同的情况下不进行搅拌处理。对两组实验样品的组织进行观察以及分析对比,发现在半固态下搅拌的一组组织缺陷明显减少,晶粒变得更细小、圆整,综合力学性能将大幅度提高。
Taking box sealing alloy as experimental material, the samples are divided into two groups to conduct contrast experiment. A group was conducted semi solid stirring processing, another group was conducted stirring processing under the same conditions. The microstructure of two groups of experimental samples was observated and conducted contrast analysis. It can be found that the defects in the samples with semi solid stirring decrease significantly, the grains become finer and roundness, and the comprehensive mechanical properties improve greatly.
