高地应力软岩隧道大变形控制及支护对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 兰渝铁路黑山隧道出口DK98+890-DKl00+242段属高地应力软岩,在施工过程中初期支护出现严重破坏及大变形,对施工造成了不利影响。本文基于高地应力条件下二叠系板岩、碳质板岩地层的试验与理论研究,得到了该地层的变形规律及支护受力特征;同时现场试验证明,采用H175全环钢架结合深孔锚杆、喷射C30早高强混凝土可以有效地解决软岩隧道高地应力大变形问题,实际应用效果良好。 The DK98+890 to DK100+242 section of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway's Heishan Tunnel's exit is high geo-stress soft rock. In the early stages of its construction,severe damages and large deformation happened on the sup- porting, exerting bad influences on the construction. Based on the experiment and theoretical study of the formation of permian slate and carbonaceous slate under the condition of high geo-stress, the deformation rule of the formation and mechanics characteristics of the supporting were found. And according to the field test, the problem of large deformation of the high geo-stress of the soft rock tunnel can be solved effectively by using the H175 full-circular steel frame, deep hole bolting and C30 early and high strength concrete.
