摘要
围海造地项目面临着工程成本不断增加,施工难度不断提高等问题,如何做好工程前期策划工作,避免重大风险、提高工程项目管理水平,对于施工企业具有十分重要的意义。本文根据多年围海造地现场管理经验,探讨了围海造地工程前期策划阶段围海造地工程人员、设备、材料供应等方面应注意的有关问题,希望对类似工程的项目管理具有一定的参考意义。
The increase of cost and construction difficulties plagued sea reclamation project. To complete pre-planning work well, avoid high risks and improve project management had a great significance for construction enterprises. Based on site management experiences of sea reclamation projects over years, analysis was made for the issues related to the pre-planning of sea reclamation project such as personnel, equipment and material provision etc. The analysis results might serve as a reference for similar project management.
