煤矿带式输送系统中缓冲床的改进与应用 被引量:4

摘要 基于物料输送的安全和效率,结合生产实际,对煤矿带式输送系统中缓冲床进行改进,设计研制了落地式弹簧缓冲床。介绍了缓冲床原理,普通缓冲床在煤矿带式输送机中的应用及弊端,提出了落地式弹簧缓冲床设计构架,与普通的缓冲床之间的优势对比。实际应用表明:落地式弹簧床延长了使用年限,减少了运输事故,降低能耗,提高了效率。 Based on the safety and efficiency of material conveying, combined with the actual production, design floor spring flat punch press is developed. This paper mainly introduces the principle of flat punch ordinary slow punch in the application of coal mine belt conveyor and disadvantages, puts forward the floor spring flat punch design architecture, advantages compared with ordinary slow punch. Conclusion, floor spring bed extended the use fixed number of year, reduce the transport accidents, reduce the energy consumption and improve the efficiency.
