摘要
2014年7月国务院第四批国家级非物质文化遗产项目的公布,标志着我国非物质文化遗产保护工作进入"后申遗时代"。较之前十年非物质文化遗产保护以申报各级各类非遗项目为重心,"后申遗时代"非遗保护最为迫切、至关重要的工作是探讨各级各类非物质文化遗产项目如何科学有效地传承发展。在此时代背景以及十八届三中全会提出"构建现代公共文化服务体系"的语境之下,如何建设多元化非遗保护队伍,以促使不同保护主体形成合力,是今后工作中亟待解决的主要问题。同时,在多元社会参与的基础上,探讨我国非物质文化遗产保护的不同模式和路径,也是新阶段非遗工作的重中之重。
After the State Council announced the Fourth Batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage Projects on July 2014,China' s intangible cultural heritage protection has come to the post- applying for heritage era. No longer focusing on applying for intangible cultural heritage projects in the past decade,the most important work in the new era is to carry the projects scientifically and effectively. In the context of 'establish a modern public culture service system'proposed in the Third Plenary Session of 18 th CPC Central Committee,a major job is to build a diversified team of intangible cultural heritage protection and lead different protection subjects to synergy. Meanwhile,it is also important to investigate the modes and ways of intangible cultural heritage protection on the basis of multiple social participations.
