摘要
传统加湿器需要人工控制开关过程,不能对环境湿度进行精确调节,自动化程度较低。Sensirion公司的SHT21传感器采用CMOSens专利技术,输出信号完全标定,通过在同一芯片上集成聚合体测湿敏元件和测温元件,实现与串行接口电路无缝连接,具有体积小、响应迅速、抗干扰能力强、功耗低等特点,利用和单片机进行同步数据传输,可以组成自动加湿控制系统。测试表明,基于SHT21设计的加湿系统能对环境温湿度进行准确测量,并能根据系统预设值,实现自动湿度控制的目的。
Traditional humidifiers need manual control switch process and can not accurately adjust the ambient humidity, has low degree of automation. SHT21 sensor from Sensirion using CMOSens patented technology, has a output signal of complete calibration, through the integrated on the same chip of polymer humidity sensor and temperature sensor, it can connect to the serial interface seamlessly and has characteristics such as small volume, quick response, strong anti-interference ability and low power consumption etc. It can compose the automatic humidifying control system, using it with single chip microcomputer synchronous data transmission. The result shows that this system can measure the environmental temperature and humidity data accurately and control humidifier work normally and realize the purpose of intelligent humidity control.
