职业选择能力是大学生综合素质的重要内容,是大学毕业生选择职业、获取职业及发展职业必须具备的能力,是大学生生涯发展历程中的必修课。加强大学生职业选择能力训练有利于优化高等教育人才培养模式、提升大学生就业质量、完善社会人才资源配置。借鉴西方经典职业选择理论、遵循一般能力培养规律、以大学生成功就业为目标构建大学生职业选择能力训练平台,能有效地提高大学生职业选择能力,符合我国高等教育人才培养和大学生求职就业的现实需求及未来发展方向。

Ability of career choice is an important part of college students＇ comprehensive quality, and a prerequisite ability for college graduates to choose, get and develop a career, and it＇ s also a compulsory course for college students＇ career development. Strengthening college students＇ ability of career choice is beneficial to optimize talent cultivation model in higher education, improve the occupational quality of college students and perfect the allocation of social talents resources. Using western classical theory of career choice for reference, following general law of ability training, and with the goal of successful employment of college students, we should construct a training platform for college students＇ ability of career choice, which can imitate job hunting and recruitment situations for college students, set standard steps, train abilities of college students＇ career choice comprehensively. This is in accord with our country＇ s talent cultivation in high education and the current demand and future development direction of college students＇ employment.
