摘要
高校实验室在人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,但是由于受多种因素的影响,高校实验室的管理效能较低。该文深入剖析了导致高校实验室管理效能低的原因,并从机构调整、人员培训、设备采购等方面提出改进策略,推动高校实验室的科学化、规范化管理,为实现高校实验资源共享奠定坚实基础。
The laboratories in colleges and universities play an important role in the process of personnel training ,scientific research and social services ,however ,the management efficiency of laboratories in colleges and universities is lower because of many influence factors . This article analyzes the reasons for the low efficiency of laboratory management in colleges and universities ,and uses the mechanism adjustment ,personnel training ,equipment procurement and other improvement strategy to promote the scientific and standardized management of laboratories ,and to achieve the experimental resource sharing .
