基于半实物煤制甲醇实训平台的开放实验教学 被引量:2

摘要 以煤气化制甲醇工业生产流程为背景,建成了半实物煤制甲醇实训平台。学生在该平台上可完成煤气化、合成气变换、低温甲醇洗、甲醇合成与精制等5个工段的开车、停车以及故障处理等操作。3年多的运行表明,学生参与积极性高,通过实训培养了学生的化工流程观念和团队协作精神,提高了学生的工程素养和创新能力。该实训平台为工程专业认证及卓越工程师计划的实施奠定了基础。 Taking the industrial gasification methanol production process as the background ,a semi‐physical coal methanol training platform is built .Students on the platform can complete 5 sections of the gasification , syngas conversion ,low temperature methanol wash ,such as methanol synthesis and purification ,to operate on driving ,parking ,and troubleshooting .Three years operation shows that the students participate positively , and training students in chemical process ideas and the teamwork can improve the students’ engineering accomplishment and innovation . The training platform has become a highlight of engineering education in Zhengzhou University ,and laid the foundation for the implementation of engineering certification and excellent engineers plan .
