摘要
为研究掘进机截割主轴在外力作用下的受力情况,应用三维建模软件Solidworks对掘进机截割主轴进行三维建模,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟截割主轴在掘进过程中的受力情况,得到在不同煤岩外力作用情况下主轴的应力分布。有限元分析可以提高设计效率,为结构优化和改进提供理论基础。
In order to study heading machine cut main spindle stress under the action of external force, 3d modeling software Solidworks was applied to make 3d modeling of heading machine cut main spindle, force bearing status of cut main spindle was simulated by ANSYS, main spindle stress distribution under different coal and rock stress was got. ANSYS could improve design cft^ciency and provide theory foundation of Structure optimization and improvement.
