商洛学院工程管理专业应用型人才培养模式研究

要建设应用型院校,人才培养模式的创新是关键,通过对应用型人才及当前工程管理专业建设存在的问题进行研究,在对商洛学院工程管理专业建设的SWOT策略分析的基础上,明确了工程管理专业建设的基本思路,进而提出了适合我校工程管理专业人才培养新模式,即"2343"模式。并结合专业培养目标,在明确专业定位的基础上形成了商洛学院工程管理专业特色,体现了地方性应用型的办学思路,以期为同类院校的应用型工程管理人才培养模式的确定有所启示。

Combined with professional training objectives on the basis of a clear professional orientation, engineering management major with features of Shangluo University is clarified, reflecting the local application of school-running, providing ideas for applied engineering management talents cultivation mode of similar colleges.
