摘要
企业集群化发展是当前我国区域经济发展的一个重要特征,高职教育的产教融合发展应紧紧把握这一特点来构建高职院校与企业集群之间的互动机制。文章提出从以专业为纽带的需求对接机制、以网络为通道的平台共建机制、以资源为载体的要素融合机制、以服务为拓展的能力提升机制、以反馈为手段的信息传播机制等五个方面,探索建立高职院校与企业集群之间的开放式互动交流机制,并以金华职业技术学院电动工具专业的实践为范例,分析其实现途径。
Enterprise clustering development is an important feature of the regional economic development recently in China.The integration of production and education should focus on this feature to construct interactive mechanism between higher vocational colleges and enterprise cluster.In order to establish the open interaction mechanism between higher vocational colleges and enterprise cluster,the paper puts forward five suggestions,including demand-docking linked by majors,platform co-construction via network,factor-integration based on resource carrier,ability-promotion through service expanding,information-communication by means of feedback.Meanwhile,the paper takes the practice of the major of Electric Tools in Jinhua Polytechnic as an example to analyze the ways to carry out the above-mentioned measures.
