摘要
介绍了国外主要过氧化氢生产公司蒽醌法所用溶剂体系的基本情况,收集、整理、测定了目前所用氢蒽醌溶剂的基本物性参数并进行了比较。介绍了黎明院含四丁基脲工作液新工艺的特点以及在模型试验、工业装置中应用情况:与目前国内现有工艺相比,新工艺具有明显的优势;同等规模装置使用新工艺产能可提高30%~50%,同时有效降低消耗指标,经济效益显著。
The basic situation of the solvent systems in anthraquinone process of the main foreign hydrogen peroxide production companies is introduced. The basic physical parameters of the currently used solvents for anthrahydroquinone are collected, treated, determined, and compared. The features of the new technology using tetrabutylurea-containing working solution developed by Liming Research & Design Institute of Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and its application situation in the model test and the industrial plant are introduced. The new technology possesses significant advantages compared with the domestic existing technologies. The capacity can increase by 30%~50% by using the new technology for the same scale plant, and the consumption index can effectively decrease. The economic benefit is remarkable.
