不同红菜薹品种对^(15)N吸收总量的差异初探

摘要 氮素是红菜薹产量形成的关键要素,研究不同品种红菜薹对15N吸收总量的差异,对红菜薹品种的合理施肥具有参考价值。采用大棚内盆栽试验,应用15N示踪技术,设M1(根际施入法)、M2(主薹注射法)和M3(主薹叶片涂抹法)3种施入15N的方法,探讨不同品种对15N吸收总量的差异。结果表明,红菜薹吸收15N的总量依次为M1(1.007 3 g/株)>M2(0.253 7 g/株)>M3(0.231 2 g/株),M1与M2和M3的差异达极显著水平(P<0.01),M2与M3差异不显著;Vb(侧薹型品种,0.588 5 g/株)>Va(主薹型品种,0.402 6 g/株),差异显著(P<0.05);Va1(长沙红菜薹)、Va2(湘潭红菜薹)、Vb1(五彩紫薹2号)、Vb2(五彩红薹2号)4个参试品种中,Vb2(0.649 7 g/株)>Vb1(0.527 2 g/株)>Va2(0.496 3 g/株)>Va1(0.316 3 g/株)。这说明土壤施氮比植株施氮更利于红菜薹对氮素的吸收、利用;侧薹型品种比主薹型品种对氮素的吸收利用水平更高;不同品种对氮素的吸收利用水平存在差异。因此,在生产上应根据品种类型和特性施用氮肥。 Nitrogen is a key factor for the yield formation of Brassica campestris and it is of reference value in the rational fertilizer application to study the differences of total 15 N absorption in different Brassica campestris varieties. Pot experiments in the greenhouse were conducted with 15 N tracer technique in this study. Three treatments were designed for the application of 15 N, i,e, M1(rhizosphere application), M2(main stem injection) and M3(dabbing on the surface of main stem leaves), to test the total absorption differences of 15 N among different varieties. The results showed that the total adsorptions of 15 N in the decreasing order were M1(1.007 3 g/plant) 〉M2(0.253 7 g/plant) 〉M3(0.231 2 g/plant), and the differences between M1 and M2 as well as M1 and M3 were extremely signifi cant(P〈 0.01) while M2 was not signifi cantly different from M3; 15 N total adsorptions of Vb(lateral stem variety, 0.588 5 g/plant) was higher than that of Va(main stem variety, 0.402 6g/ plant), and the difference was signifi cant(P〈0.05); and among 4 varieties in the experiment i.e. Va1(Changshahongcaitai), Va2(Xiangtanhongcaitai), Vb1(Wucaizitai 2) and Vb2(Wucaihongtai 2), the total adsorptions of 15 N in the decreasing order were Vb2(0.649 7 g/ plant)〉 Vb1(0.527 2 g/plant) 〉Va2(0.496 3 g/plant) 〉Va1(0.316 3 g/plant). It was found that applying nitrogen fertilizer onto the soil was more conducive to the nitrogen absorption and utilization of Brassica campestris than onto the plants; lateral stalk type varieties were of higher absorption and utilization level than main stalk type ones; and the absorption and utilization levels of nitrogen among different varieties differed. So it is necessary to apply nitrogen fertilizer according to the type and characteristics of varieties in the production.
