摘要
采用水雾化法制备含Ni、Cu、Bi、Te等多元素掺杂的Ag Sn In合金粉末,将合金粉末在一定条件下内氧化,经过破碎、过筛得到多氧化物掺杂Ag Sn O2In2O3粉末。粉末经冷等静压、烧结、挤压、拉拔、打制等工艺后制成铆钉型触头,与合金内氧化法(AOM)制备的同等Ag、Sn、In含量的材料进行力学物理性能和电性能比较。结果表明:多元素掺杂粉末内氧化法(POM)制备的Ag Sn O2In2O3电接触材料的硬度、抗拉强度、抗电弧侵蚀和抗材料转移性能明显优于AOM制备的Ag Sn O2In2O3电接触材料。
AgSnIn composite powders doped with Ni, Cu, Bi, Te elements are prepared by water atomization method. Composite powders are oxidized under a certain condition. AgSnO2In2O3 composite powders are acquired by breaking and sifting. Contact rivets are manufactured by means of cold isostatic pressing, sintering, extruding, drawing, et al. The contact material which prepared by powder oxidized method (POM) is compared with the contact material which prepared by alloy oxidized method (AOM) in mechanical property, physical performance and electrical performance. Two kinds of contact materials have the same content about Ag, Sn, In. The results show that the contact material which prepared by POM has better performance than by AOM in hardness, tensile strength, erosion resistance and material transfer.
