吊具的顶销杆与旋锁间的相对位置不同,吊具误闭锁的概率也有差异。通过增加额外的吊具着箱检测装置,提高吊具着箱动作的可靠性。在吊具PLC控制程序中增加吊具着箱、开闭锁的互锁,以便有效地检测出吊具是否发生误闭锁,提供可靠的保护。
The relative position between the land pin and the twistlock causes different probability of the spreader mislock. The reliability of the spreader land action is improved for adding an additional detective device for the land pin. The spreader mislock can be checked effectively with interlock between the spreader land pin and the twistlock in the PLC program.
