浙江省公众造血干细胞捐献意识的调查与分析

Investigation on Public Intentions of Hematopoietic Stem Cells Donation in Zhejiang Province

为有效推动造血干细胞志愿者征召工作,对浙江省6个地市公众开展造血干细胞捐献的基本认知、捐献意愿、影响因素的调查。结果显示,当前公众认同捐献造血干细胞的意义,但由于缺乏相关知识的支撑,内心恐惧成为影响其付诸行动的最大障碍。此外,受教育程度、献血经历、专业等因素影响,公众捐献意愿也不尽相同。针对当前的现状与问题,调查组提出进一步优化的对策,在知识理念宣传上做好专业化、多元化、分层化,在推广上形成由医学生到大学生再到社会公众的模式,在机制保障上积极推动相关立法,促进征召工作科学、有效开展。

In order to increase voluntary donation, the authors conducted a survey among citizens in six cities of Zhejiang province to investigate public recognitions, donation intentions and relevant influence factors on hemocytoblast donation. The result indicated that although the public could make a strong sense of the significance of hematopoietic stem cells donation, the most obstacles were the absent of relevant donation knowledge and anxieties of potential risks in donation. In addition, the donation intention varies due to the different education levels~ blood donation experiences and professional backgrounds. Therefore, the invesitgators proposed to improve scientific literacy in a professional, multiple and stratified manner. Moreover, a promotion mode for voluntary donation was proposed, which took medical students as the first targets and then spread from college students to the general public. At last, the authors suggested the policy makers also need to advance donation legislation to guard the donation recruitment develop in a scientific and effective way.
