摘要
以低电压、大电流直流放电产生非均匀等离子体为研究对象,在电磁波在等离子体中传播特性、非均匀等离子体对电磁波的反射和透射等理论模型指导下,在稀薄气体环境中进行了空间尺度为1.5m、电子密度变化范围为1×1010cm-3~5×1011cm-3的非均匀等离子体对C波段电磁波的反射和透射试验,通过相近状态下理论仿真结果与试验结果的对比分析,给出了4种典型电子密度及其分布状态对电磁波反射和透射特性变化规律。通过试验验证了等离子体与电磁波相互作用机理用于分析稀薄气体环境下直流放电非均匀等离子体中电磁波传播特性的适用性。
In this paper, based on the inhomogeneous plasma which is produced by DC discharge(low voltage, high current), guided by the theory of electromagnetic wave reflection and transmission characteristics in non-uniform plasma, the reflection and transmission test of C band electromagnetic in the rarefied gas environment in inhomogeneous plasma was completed and the plasma was 1.5m, the electron density was from 1×1010cm-3 to 5×1011cm-3. Through comparing the theory simulation result and test result in the similar status, four kinds of changing principle that how electrical density and distribution status effect electromagnetic reflection and transmission features were proposed, The test proves that the interaction mechanism between the plasma and the electromagnetic wave also applied to analyze inhomogeneous plasma which was generated by DC discharge in the rarefied gas environment interacted with electromagnetic wave.
