摘要
以绿茶提取液为研究对象,采用旋转圆盘型陶瓷膜和和静态管式陶瓷膜过滤,通过观察膜通量、出液固含物产量和单位产量电耗,对比两种陶瓷膜过滤方式的过滤特性。结果表明:较静态管式陶瓷膜相比,旋转陶瓷膜过滤膜通量衰减缓慢且受料液浓度影响较小,连续、稳定过滤时间长,单位产量电耗仅是管式陶瓷膜的1/3。旋转陶瓷膜过滤时在膜表面产生高剪切率,过滤有其独特的优势,在饮料过滤、污水处理、油水分离等领域具有广泛的应用前景,是未来陶瓷膜过滤的发展趋势。
To compare the filtration characteristics between rotary disk type ceramic membrane and static tubular ceramic membrane, green tea extract was filtered by these two ceramic membranes and membrane flux, solids material production and power consumption per unit of the production were measured. The results showed that: Compared with static tubular ceramic membrane filtration, the membrane flux of rotary disk type ceramic membrane filtration decayed slower and was less influenced by the concentration of solution. Rotary disk type ceramic membrane behaved a continuous and steady filtration for a long time, and the power consumption per unit of the production was only a third of static tubular ceramic membrane filtration. Rotary ceramic membrane filtration produced high shear rate in the membrane surface and had a wide range of application in beverage filtration, sewage treatment, oil-water separation and other areas due to its unique advantages in filtration, and it represents the development trend of ceramic membrane filtration.
