摘要
介绍了某海洋平台用超级双相焊接管线管的制造工艺,分析了采用的成型方式以及等离子弧焊和氩弧焊的复合焊接工艺,结合后续的热处理工艺,保证焊接接头的显微组织、机械性能和耐腐蚀性能达到规范要求;阐述了固溶处理后超级双相不锈钢管线管焊缝和母材金相组织(铁素体和奥氏体)的分布特点。检测结果表明:产品的拉伸、硬度、冲击、耐腐蚀等性能试验指标满足标准要求,所采用的制造工艺是可靠的。
Elaborated here in the article is the manufacturing process for the super duplex stainless steel (SDSS) welded linepipe as used by a certain offshore platform. Also discussed are the forming method, the PAW- GTAW composite welding process and the subsequent heat treatment process, which are used to ensure the weld joint to meet the requirements as specified under applicable specifications for microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, etc. Furthermore explained are the characteristics of the metallographic (ferritic and austenite) structural distributions of the said welded pipe' s weld and base metal as solid solution treated. Related property test results demonstrate that all the targeted values of the pipe as produced with the above mentioned process such as tensile strength, hardness, impact toughness and corrosion resistance are in conformity with the requirements as specified in applicable specifications, which means that the manufacturing process is reliable.
