摘要
在人工污秽实验室内对积污绝缘子在盐雾环境下的污秽闪络进行了模拟,得到三种类型绝缘子在不同盐密、不同盐雾盐度下的污闪电压及闪络电压梯度。试验结果表明:盐雾对绝缘子闪络电压的影响远大于盐密;结合海南实际污秽情况与海水电导率,在高盐密下,绝缘子闪络电压下降不超过20%,而在高盐度下,绝缘子的污秽闪络电压会下降40%以上;由此证明在沿海地区,仅用等值盐密、灰密为依据进行外绝缘配置会使外绝缘配置不足,存在事故隐患。
The experiments in artificial contamination laboratory have been taken to simulate contaminated insulators flashover under salt spray environment. Voltage and voltage gradient of contamination flashover of three kinds of insulators in case of different salt deposit density and different salinity of salt spray are gained. It proves that the impact of salt spray on insulators is much larger than the impact of salt deposit density. Considered the actual contamination situation and the seawater conductivity of Hainan, the flashover voltage of insulators drops less than 20% in high salt deposit density, and drops more than 40% in high salinity of salt spray. So if external insulation configuration only relies on equivalent salt deposit density and non-soluble deposit density, it would be inadequate and dangerous.
