摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性胰腺炎患者240例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组120例。对照组给予西医保守治疗,观察组给予中西医结合疗法治疗。结果:观察组有效率为95.83%,对照组有效率为87.50%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute pancreatitis. Methods： 240 cases with acute pancreatitis were randomized into control group and observation group,with 120 cases in each group. Control group were given conservative treatment of western medicine while observation groupwere given integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment. Results： The effective rate was 95. 83% in observation group and 87. 5% in control group; observation group were better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Concluison： Integrated Chinese and western medicine has remarkable therapeutic effects on acute pancreatitis.
