3D与传统腹腔镜系统在胆囊切除术中的现状研究 被引量:3

摘要 腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有安全可靠、创伤小、患者痛苦轻、术后恢复快、并发症少等明显优点,但现有腹腔镜下手术对外科医生技术要求较高,需要依赖术者既往经验进行纵深定位,操作精确度较差,还可能会带来手术副损伤。3D腹腔镜的出现可缩短学习曲线、减少副损伤及术后并发症、缩短手术时间、完成更加精细复杂的操作,3D腹腔镜系统预示着腹腔镜技术的发展步入新的阶段。 Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has obvious advantages of safety and reliability, minimal injury, slight pa- tient pain, fast postoperative recovery and less complications, but the current laparoscopic surgery has high technical requirements on surgeons, requiring the surgeons' past experience for depth positioning, which has poor operation ac- curacy and may bring side operative injury. 3D laparoscopy can shorten the learning curve, reduce side injury and postoperative complications,shorten surgical time and enable more elaborate and complex operation. 3D laparoscopy system indicates that the laparoscopic technique has progressed into a new stage.
