摘要
通过对高中数学教师教师教学准备情况进行调查,探讨了专家教师和新手教师在教学准备上的差异.结果表明:专家—新手教师在教学准备上存在比较大的差异.主要表现在以下几个方面:(1)专家—新手教师教学准备工作基本一致,除了专家教师比新手教师多做了研究课程标准、板书设计和自编教案等工作;(2)对于教学设计的情况,专家教师考虑更多的是学生的情况和比较内在的东西;(3)对于课程资源的利用情况,专家—新手教师最常利用的课程资源都是"教科书"、"个人的教学经验"和"教学参考书(课程标准等)",但对"期刊杂志"、"学生"和"专家(大学教授、教研员等)"等的利用,新手教师不如专家教师熟悉;(4)专家教师更趋向于根据自己的经验或参考书编写教案和做课件,而新手教师倾向于上网找教案,修改成自己的教案.
Through the investigation of different teaching reparation of mathematics teachers in the high school,discusses teaching preparation differences of the expert teachers and novice.The results show that: there are larger differences to experts-novice teachers in teaching Mainly in the following aspects:(1) the experts-novice teachers teaching preparation,in addition to the expert teachers than novice teachers to do the research course standard,blackboard writing and editing the teaching plans,etc;(2) in the case of teaching design,the expert teachers consider more is the situation of the students and compare inside;(3) for the utilization of the curriculum resources experts-novice teachers use of curriculum resources are most often "textbook","personal teaching experience"and"teaching reference books(curriculum standards,etc.),"but for "journal","students"and"experts,research staff,etc.),a professor at the university of(" such as the use of novice teachers than experts familiar with;(4) the expert teachers tend to write teaching plans according to your own experience or reference and do the courseware,the novice teachers tend to surf the Internet to find lesson plans,modified into their own lesson plans.
