B超引导穿刺联合中药治疗宫外孕20例

B Ultrasound Guided Puncture combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy for 20 Cases

目的探究B超引导穿刺结合中药治疗对于宫外孕的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2014年1月—6月收治的40名宫外孕患者,随机分为两组。观察组采用B超引导下穿刺注射甲氨蝶呤结合中药治疗,对照组采用传统开腹治疗,比较两者的手术时间及术后效果。结果观察组平均手术时间为(36.2±6.1)min,明显短于对照组手术时间(78.1±9.2)min,差异具有统计学意义,(P<0.05);观察组术后有10例治愈,8例有效,2例无效,对照组有19例治愈,1例有效,0例无效,两组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症的比较,观察组无并发症出现,对照组出现2例伤口感染,1例伤口出血,2例阴道流血,两组并发症的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超引导下穿刺结合中药治疗宫外孕,与传统手术相比,治疗时间短,效果良好,减少并发症,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of B ultrasound guided puncture and Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Selecting cases of 40 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014, they were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with methotrexate combined with Chinese herbal medicin. The control group was treated by traditional open operation. The operation time and postoperative effect of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the average operative time was（36.2 ＋ 6.1） min, which was significantly shorter than（78.1 ＋ 9.2） min of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. 10 cases were cured, 8 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective in the observation group. 19 cases were cured, 1 case was effective, and no case was invalid in the control group. The dif-ference between the two groups was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion of two groups had statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of B ultrasound guided puncture and Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy was good. It can reduce the complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
