基于导电橡胶的柔性压力/温度复合感知系统 被引量:10

摘要 以石墨烯/炭黑/硅橡胶复合材料作为压力和温度敏感材料,聚酰亚胺作为柔性基底,设计了一种应用于智能机器人皮肤可大面积成型的柔性压力/温度复合感知系统。同时,采用微处理器Mega128和Lab VIEW分别搭建了柔性压力/温度复合感知系统的信号采集电路与人机交互界面,对压力与温度数据进行分析、处理和显示。结果表明:采用石墨烯/炭黑/硅橡胶复合材料同时作为压力和温度敏感材料,既能简化敏感单元的制作工艺,又有助于传感器阵列的大面积成型。利用该压力/温度复合感知系统可以同时测量压力和温度,进一步提升机器人皮肤的智能度。 A pressure / temperature sensing array is designed by using GP / CB / silicon rubber composite material as pressure / temperature sensitive material and polyimide as flexible substrate. Meanwhile,signal acquisition circuit of pressure / temperature perceptual system and man-computer inter interface are set up based on microprocessor Mega128 and Lab VIEW,pressure and temperature datas are analyzed,processed and displayed. Results show that using GP / CB / silicon rubber composite material as pressure / temperature sensitive material is contribute to simplify production process of sensitive element and form a large area of sensor array. The pressure / temperature perceptual system can effectively detect pressure and temperature,and improve intelligent of skin of robot.
