The application of PBL in the Teaching of Meridian and Acupoint Course

经络腧穴学是中医院校针灸推拿学专业的基础课程与主干课程,本文分析了经络腧穴学传统教学中存在的问题,从问题设计、学生讨论、教师归纳三个阶段提出PBL教学模式在经络腧穴学中的建立,并探讨经络腧穴学PBL教学的具体模式。PBL教学法在经络腧穴学中的应用,有助于激发学生学习经络腧穴学的兴趣,培养学生的自主学习性及提高其临床思维能力。

Meridian and acupoint course is the basic and main course of acupuncture and massage professional TCM colleges, this paper analyzes the teaching problems in the meridians and aeupoints course, presents the apply of PBL in the meridians and acupoints course on the base of the problems design, students discuss, teachers summarizing and researches the PBL mode of teaching in meridi- ans and acupoints course. Application of PBL in meridians and acupoints can help stimulate students＇interest in learning meridians and aeupoints, autonomou learning of students and improve their clinical thinking.
