摘要
对芥酸酰胺丙基-N,N-二甲基叔胺盐(简称UC22AMPM)溶液的流变特性进行了研究,考察了pH值、质量分数、剪切速率及温度对UC22AMPM溶液黏度的影响,构建了UC22AMPM溶液黏性流体方程,并测试了UC22AMPM溶液剪切恢复性能.测试结果表明:UC22AMPM溶液pH值增加,黏度出现先增加后下降的过程;质量分数的增加,零剪切黏度增加;剪切速率的增加,黏度降低;当温度增加到70℃,UC22AMPM溶液的黏度开始降低;UC22AMPM溶液具有良好的剪切恢复性能.
The rheological behavior of 13‐Docosenamide ,N‐[3‐(dimethylamino ) propyl ]‐, (13Z)‐(abbreviated as UC22 AMPM )solution and the influencing factors ,such as pH value , concentration ,shear rate and temperature ,on the viscosity of UC22 AMPM solution were in‐vestigated .The viscosity of UC22 AMPM solution undergoes a maximum with the increase of pH value ,and the zero‐shear viscosity increases with the increase of surfactant concentration , while viscosity decreases with the increase of shear rate .The viscosity reduced when temper‐ature increased to 70 ℃ .Shear recovery test showed that UC22 AMPM solution has well thix‐otropy .
