农业科研院所推进科技宣传工作的着力点探析

Discussions on Key Points for Improving Science and Technology Propaganda Work in Agricultural Science Institutions

科技宣传作为农业科研工作的重要组成部分,对于加速农业科研成果转化、提升科研单位影响力、营造浓厚科研氛围都发挥着重要作用。文章基于中国农业科学院的探索实践,从拓渠道、强队伍、抓策划、善引导、重激励和立制度等6个着力点概述了推进科技宣传工作的有效做法,以供其他农业科研院所参考借鉴。

Science and technology propaganda is an important part of agricultural scientific research work, and plays an important role in accelerating the transformation of scientific achievements, promoting the influence of scientific research institutions, and creating strong scientific research atmosphere. Based on the exploration and practice of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, six effective measures for improving the propaganda work were outlined, such as broadening channel, strengthening team construction, laying stress on planning, being good at guidance, stressing on incentive, and setting up system and regulations. These will provide references to other academies and institutes of agricultural sciences.
