摘要
为探讨不同海拔高度土壤磷素的异质性分布规律,以武夷山自然保护区不同海拔土壤为研究对象,通过对不同海拔和层次土壤不同形态磷素的分析测定,研究土壤磷素的异质性分布规律。结果表明,武夷山自然保护区不同海拔高度土壤磷素呈明显的空间异质性分布。土壤全磷、有效磷、无机磷和有机磷的含量均随海拔增加呈逐渐增加趋势;不同海拔土壤无机磷含量均表现为O-P>Fe-P>Al-P>Ca-P,有机磷含量表现为中等活性有机磷>中稳性有机磷>高稳性有机磷>活性有机磷;随土层深度的增加,土壤不同形态磷素含量均呈逐渐减少趋势,0-20 cm土层不同形态磷素含量均显著大于其它土层(P<0.05),>20-40 cm与>40-60 cm土层不同形态磷素差异不显著(P<0.05)。
In order to determine the heterogeneity distribution of soil phosphorus, the different forms of soil phosphorus were analyzed in different altitude soil of Wuyishan Nature Reserve. The results showed that total phosphorus, available phosphorus, inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus content increased with the altitude. Soil inorganic phosphorus was in the sequence of O-P 〉 Fe-P 〉 A1-P 〉 Ca-P in different altitude soil. Soil organic phosphorus was in the sequence of medium activity organic phosphorus 〉 medium stability organic phosphorus 〉 high stability organic phosphorus 〉 activity organic phosphorus. The different form phosphorus content of soil decreased with soil depth. The different form phosphorus content of soil in 0 - 20 cm layer was significantly higher than those in 〉 20 - 40 cm and 〉 40 - 60 cm layer. The difference of soil phosphorus content between 〉 20 - 40 em and 〉 40 -60 cm layer was not significant.
