摘要
为延长摇包的使用寿命,借鉴炼钢转炉用溅渣护炉技术,提出大型摇包溅渣护炉新技术,介绍了现有溅渣护炉技术以及摇包耐火材料的侵蚀情况,并结合摇包脱硅反应工艺,分析了溅渣护炉在摇包上应用的关键问题。结果表明,溅渣护炉技术可用于摇包,但还需做大量的研究工作。
In order to extend the life of shaking ladle, the article references steel converter slag splashing technology, put forward the large shaking ladle slag splashing technology, introduces the existing slag splashing technology and erosion of skaking ladle refractories, combined with skaking ladle desilication reaction process, it analyzes the key issues of slag splashing protect furnace in shaking ladle's application. The results show that: slag splashing technology can be used for shaking ladle, but also need to do a lot of research work.
