Study on the Microstructure and Performance of Graded Cemented Carbide with Addition of( Ti,Ta) C

摘要 梯度硬质合金结合了高硬度与高韧性的优异特性,成为近年来该领域的研究热点。对经渗碳处理的添加有(Ti,Ta)C的梯度硬质合金进行了详细分析。采用金相显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱仪和维氏硬度计沿合金梯度方向分别对其内部微观结构、元素含量分布及硬度进行了检测分析。结果表明:梯度硬质合金表层形成大量固溶体相,并呈团簇状分布;梯度方向Co相迁移现象不明显,富Co层接近合金表面;合金沿梯度方向的硬度变化与不含添加剂的WC-Co梯度硬质合金有所不同。 Graded cemented carbide has been the research hotspot in the filed in recent years,due to its excellent combination of high hardness and high toughness. The carburized graded cemented carbide with addition of some( Ti,Ta) C was analyzed in detail in the study. The microstructure,element distribution,hardness were measured by using optical microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and vicker hardness tester along the gradient direction. The experimental results showed that a large amount of solid solution phase were formed and distributed like clusters in the surface layer of cemented carbide. The cobalt migration was not very notable and the Co-rich layer was close to the surface of cemented carbide. Hardness variation along gradient direction has some difference with that of the previous studies on the WC-Co graded cemented carbide without any carbides additions.
