反应时间和苄醚含量对Fe_3O_4形貌和颗粒尺寸的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 纳米颗粒由于小尺寸效应所表现出来的独特属性和潜在应用被广泛的研究。四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)是一种常见的铁氧化物,也是一类重要的半金属材料。在趋磁细菌内的磁小体主要是由30到100纳米的单畴Fe3O4组成,通常为立方体和立方八面体形状。本文我们制备了尺寸均匀的亚铁磁性立方体形状Fe3O4纳米颗粒,粒度范围为20到80纳米。并研究了反应时间和苄醚含量对Fe3O4形貌和颗粒尺寸的影响。 Nano particles are being extensively studied due to their special properties and potential application arising out of the small- size effect. Fe3O4,a common iron oxide,is a type of important non- metal material. The magnetosomes in magnetotactic bacteria are mainly composed of single- domain Fe3O4 of 30 to 100 nanometers,and often in the shape of cube and cubooctahedron. In the research,nano particles of Fe3O4 of ferromagnetic cube with an even size are produced with the range of particle size between 20 and 80 nanometers,and the effects of response time and the content of benzyl oxide are also studies upon the appearance and particle size of the material.
