摘要 "面向感知中国的新一代信息技术研究"是中国科学院信息技术领域唯一的先导专项,其总体目标是:把握信息技术"人机物"三元融合的发展趋势和机遇,应对信息化发展面临的能耗、安全、传输、处理四大挑战,以"海云创新试验环境"为驱动,创建与发展海云协同计算的新一代信息技术体系,在海云安防、海云网络新媒体和大数据等典型领域开展示范应用与验证,支撑信息产业自主发展和"感知中国"目标的实现.围绕专项目标,本文深入分析了新一代信息技术的国家战略需求、面临的挑战与机遇、技术发展趋势,并对该专项的当前重要进展进行了总结. The research of the "Next Generation of Information Technology for Sensing China" is the only Strategic Priority Research Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the information techniques realm.The aim of the project is to grasp opportunities in the trend towards information fusion of humans, computers,and things, and face challenges in security, energy consumption, transmission, and processing based on this trend.In this project, we will establish new information technology system architecture based on the cooperation of cloud and sea computing, which is an on-site, elastic and autonomous computing mode. Additionally, a sea-cloud innovation environment will be constructed for researchers conducting experiments. The resulting findings will be implemented and used in many domains, including network security, network new media, and big data, and will support the self-development of domestic information technologies. With this focus, we carefully analyze strategic national requirements and current challenges, discuss the trend and opportunities in technology development, and summarize significant achievements.
