Application of Skid-mounted Unit in Surface Engineering of Coalbed Methane Field

煤层气具有压力低、产量低、井数多的特点,且需经一段时间的排采期后才逐渐产气。煤层气井场、站场多位于山区,自然条件较差,如何高效、低成本地开展地面工程建设尤为重要。介绍了中石油煤层气有限责任公司橇装装置的应用情况及技术特点,并分析论证了橇装装置在煤层气工程建设中节约占地、缩短建设周期和降本增效的作用。

Coalbed methane has the characteristics of low pressure,low output and a large number of wells,and need a period of time to raise its output.It is more significant to make the surface engineering of coalbed methane field more efficient and economical,because the wells and the gas gathering stations of coalbed methane are usually located in mountain area and the condition of engineering construction is relatively difficult.This paper describes the application and technology of some skid-mounted units in surface engineering of PetroChina Coalbed Methane Company Limited,analyzes and demonstrates the functions of the skid- mounted units of coalbed methane,such as reducing land occupation,shortening construction period,improving project efficiency and lowering production costs.
