摘要 介绍了BIM(建筑信息模型)的基本概念和国内外发展应用现状,从可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性及可出图性五个方面描述了BIM的基本功能特征,并针对当前工程造价行业存在的问题,论述了BIM技术的引入对工程造价行业管理的影响。 In this paper, the basic concept of BIM and the application status both at home and abroad are in-troduced. The basic features： visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization and image output are de-scribed and the influence of BIM technology on engineering cost industry is discussed too.
