摘要 永磁同步电机因性能优越已逐渐在数控机床、工业机器人等领域成为首选驱动电机,工程应用中对其控制系统的PI参数设置需要人工反复调试。针对存在的问题,提出一种自动设置永磁同步电动机PI参数的方法,控制系统首先产生一组测试信号自动测量永磁同步电机的电气及机械参数,然后利用这些参数及系统需求的性能,自动计算电流及速度环的PI参数,用一个指令自动完成所有控制系统PI参数的设置。理论分析和实验表明:和传统方法相比,所提出的方法快速、自动化程度高、适应性强,设置的所有参数误差都在10%以内。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor of vector control because of superior performance has become the first choice of drive motor servo system,the settings of the PI parameters of control system in the project require manual debugging. In view of the existing problems,a kind of automatic setting of vector control method of permanent magnet servo motor control system PI parameter was put forward. First,a set of test signal automatic measurement of permanent magnet synchronous motor in electrical and mechanical parameters was generated,and then these parameters and system performance requirements were used to calculate PI parameters of current and speed loop,automatically completing all PI parameters of the control system with a set of directives. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that compared with the traditional methods,this method is rapid with high degree of automation and strong adaptability,and all parameter errors are within 10%.
