藿香正气散加减治疗小儿腹泻的临床观察

目的分析藿香正气散加减治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取腹泻患儿114例,随机均分为观察组和对照组(n=57),其中对照组患儿采用肯特令(蒙脱石散剂)进行治疗,观察组患儿接受藿香正气散加减治疗,对比分析2组患儿的治疗效果。结果在经过不同治疗后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.5%(55/57),对照组患儿治疗总有效率为84.2%(48/57),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对腹泻患儿进行治疗的过程中,采用藿香正气散加减治疗能够起到令人满意的治疗效果,具有很好的止泻作用,在临床中值得推广使用。

Objective Analysis of ageratum upright adjustment of clinical effect for the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods To select children with diarrhea of our hospital 114 cases, by random grouping, it can be divided into observation group and control group, 57 cases of children with the control group with Kent to treatment （montmoriUonite powder）; observation group of children treated with steam adjustment of ageratum, comparison and analysis the therapeutic effect of two groups of children. Results After different treatment, observation group with treatment effective rate was 96.5% （55/57）; the control group treatment in children with the total effective rate was 84.2% （48/57）. The more significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of treatment of children with diarrhea, have very good anti-diarrhea effect, is worth popularization in clinical use.
