摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,用户信息获取途径日趋多元,图书馆需要不断通过绩效评价改进和优化服务,提升用户满意度。而图书馆员作为图书馆服务的重要承担者,必须通过培训提升服务能力和水平,从而实现关键绩效考核目标。基于绩效分析模型,提出了图书馆做好馆员培训工作的思路及途径。
With the rapid development of information technology,users' information acquiring channel is becoming more and more diversified day by day. The library needs to improve and optimize its service and improve customer satisfaction through the continuous performance evaluation. As the important undertakers of library service,the librarians must improve their service ability and level through training,so as to achieve the key performance evaluation objectives.Based on the performance analysis model,this paper puts forward some ideas and paths for the library to do well the training work of the librarians.
