软米直链淀粉含量低,适口性佳。介绍了太湖流域软米发展现状,并提出了加快太湖流域软米发展的一些建议。
Soft rice was a new variety with low amylase content and good taste. The development trend of soft rice in Taihu Lake District was mainly introduced in this article, and some theoretical references to accelerate the breeding of the soft rice were proposed.
