新疆及中亚地区地学人才培养的思考

The Consideration on Training Geology Talents in Xinjiang and Central Asia

伴随西部建设的深化,新疆地区的经济和社会得到了稳步的发展,教育事业也得到了极大的改善。然地学人才的需求依然很旺盛,多元复合型的地学人才培养变得极为重要。新疆及中亚地区的地学人才不仅在地学知识和实践能力上有更高要求,在语言上也区别于其他地区。国家对新疆以及中亚地区能源合作的重点之一是基础人才的培养。文章对如何培养出有正确的社会主义价值观、苦乐观、幸福观、大局观以及多语言的中亚地区地学人才提出了思考。

With the deepen construction of the West,the economy and society has developed stably in Xinjiang,and education has great improved. However,there is strong demand for the geology talents,so it＇s important to train the geology talents with multivariate composite. For geology talents in Xinjiang and Central Asia,they are not only demanded of geology knowledge and practical ability,but also proposed arduous task of language. The focus of energy cooperation of the country with Xinjiang and Central Asia is to train basic talents. The paper puts forward some consideration on how to train geology talents for Central Asia,who has correct socialist value outlook,viewpoint on hardship and happiness,perspective of overall situation,and multi- language.
