摘要
我国天然气即将迎来开放的市场化环境,为了促进川渝地区天然气供应企业主动适应市场变化,有必要对开放条件下川渝天然气市场发展趋势及营销策略进行研究。在调研分析基础上,指出了川渝天然气市场发展呈现出的供需形势复杂化、竞争激烈化、定价机制多元化、利用产业结构优化、市场全国化五大趋势,提出相应的营销应对策略,具体包括实施积极营销战略、实施积极稳妥的市场开发、销售结算方式"柔性化"、持续完善和加强用户需求侧管理、建立市场信息系统和风险预警机制、探索实践灵活的价格等策略。
Natural gas market in China is about to welcome an opening era. To promote natural gas suppliers in Sichuan and Chongqing area to positively adapt to market changes, it is necessary to make a research on natural gas market development tendency and marketing strategy under open conditions in this region. On the basis of sufficient survey and analysis, five trends of natural gas market development in Sichuan and Chongqing area are concluded:complication of supply and demand situation, competition intensification, diversification of pricing mechanism, industrial structure optimization, and national market. Given that, relevant marketing countermeasures which include implementation of positive marketing strategy, implementation of positive and stable market development, flexibility of marketing and settlement mode, continuous perfection and enhancement of user demand measurement, establishment of market information system and risk pre- warning mechanism, and exploration for flexible pricing mechanism are also proposed.
