摘要
虽然减水剂后掺法技术能更有效地发挥减水剂的作用,但应用技术参数如滞水时间、添加次数对砂浆性能的影响未明确,制约了减水剂后掺法技术的发展。试验探讨了萘系减水剂按不同滞水时间、不同添加次数掺入,对砂浆性能的影响规律;在此研究基础上,对比分析了调整萘系减水剂掺量或改变掺入方式对砂浆性能影响的差异。推荐一种技术可行的应用方案,为萘系减水剂在水工砂浆中的应用技术提供参考。
Although Naphthalene superplasticizer added behind water can work more effectively,the influence of different lag time or adding times act on mortar property is not clear. The problem restricts the technical development of naphthalene superplasticizer added behind water. Influence of naphthalene superplasticizer with different lag time or adding times on mortar property was discussed. Based on it,differential influence of naphthalene superplasticizer on mortar performance by changing its dosage and adding-way was studied. An applied technology of naphthalene superplasticizer was given,which would be an example for naphthalene superplasticizer used in hydraulic mortar.
