摘要
《欧洲语言共同参考框架》(简称CEFR)是欧盟语言教育与评估的共同基础,已成为该地区语言教学最有影响力的指导文件。CEFR提出的语言能力等级量表成为许多国家和地区语言能力分级的重要参考依据。通过厘清CEFR在中国的研究现状,提出CEFR在中国的研究应用空间,包括制订统一的中国英语学习者语言能力量表、基于CEFR的外语测试研究与开发、基于CEFR的外语教学研究、《国际汉语能力标准》的完善和对外汉语教材开发等。
As the common basis for the education and assessment of European languages, The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (abbreviated as CEFR) has become the most influential guidance document of language teaching in the European Union. The CEFR language proficiency scale has also become an important reference for many countries and regions beyond Europe when they establish their own language proficiency scales. By clarifying the research status of CEFR in China, the author proposes the future directions of the applications of CEFR in China, including the development of a unified English language proficiency scale for Chinese learners, CEFR-based research and development of foreign languages testing, CEFR- based research of foreign languages teaching, the perfection of Chinese Language Proficiency Scales for Speakers of Other Languages and the development of teaching materials for TCFL (Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language).
